Building a CRM as a product sits with The Works CRM, a separate company. Here, IT is delivered as a service to your business: setup, integration and administration.

Yes. Managed IT covers hardware, assets, platforms and the CRM, scoped to the size of your firm.

How does someone get certified?+

Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy's certificate. KHDA accreditation is a separate workstream we are pursuing.
