The Academy comes out of nearly two decades on Dubai real estate floors, running sales, management and operations through good markets and hard ones. The patterns repeat: the same functions, done well or badly, decide whether a business thrives.
So we turned that into something anyone can use directly. Individuals learn the real standard and earn a certificate. Companies train their people, hand the function to us to run, or hire someone who already works that way. The same standard, three ways to apply it.
