Do you give legal advice?+

No. Our parent, The Works Group, builds and runs the process and flags the risk. Employment-law matters are routed to a qualified professional for sign-off.

Can you handle payroll and visas?+

Yes. Payroll, leave, gratuity and the PRO process are covered by our parent, The Works Group, as part of running the function.

Can I enrol on my own, without a company?+

Yes. Every course is self-paced online. You enrol, pass the module tests, and earn the Academy certificate yourself.

How does someone get certified?+

Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy certificate. The Academy certificate is issued by us today. We are also working toward accreditation with KHDA, Dubai's education authority.
