Does restructuring mean layoffs?+
Not by default. Where structure needs to change we advise it, route it through professional and legal sign-off, and you make the call.
How does someone get certified?+
Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy's certificate. KHDA accreditation is a separate workstream we are pursuing.
