What is the audit, exactly?+

A paid diagnostic. We map how the business runs, find what is costing you, and model the route to profit with a timeline. You decide what to act on.

Does restructuring mean layoffs?+

Not by default. Where structure needs to change we advise it, route it through professional and legal sign-off, and you make the call.

How does someone get certified?+

Every module ends with a test. Complete them and you earn the Academy's certificate. KHDA accreditation is a separate workstream we are pursuing.
